Town of Franklin Water Dept sends a reminder to take steps to avoid frozen pipes

Dear Customer, As New England is preparing for forecasted sub-zero temperatures this coming weekend, the Water Department wanted to send out a reminder to stay vigilant for frozen pipes in your homes. If you have concerns or a history of frozen pipes please remember to take appropriate measures to keep pipes inside the home thawed and flowing. If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to the Water Department.
