Reminder to complete All Night Party Survey today

Dear FHS Families, and Class of 2025 Students,
We are writing today to let you know that as of this time, there will NOT be an All Night Party (ANP) for the Senior Class after their Graduation on June 6th. Unfortunately, the long-time chairperson of this event needed to step down and there is not an existing committee or volunteer base to take over.
It is important to point out that the All Night Party is not an event affiliated with or provided by the Franklin School District or the FHS PCC - it is a community event planned and executed independently by parents, families, and community volunteers.
We are sharing this information with you today to get everyone thinking about what the future of the ANP should/could look like and how the Class of 2025 would like to move forward. With that goal in mind, we would like to begin by gauging overall interest in the ANP from both the senior students, and all FHS families. Additionally, we need to know if there is in fact a group of parents and community members that is willing to step up immediately to begin the work.
It is extremely important for everyone to understand that unless there are parents, and community members willing to not only volunteer a couple of hours of time, but to plan and execute the entire event, the All Night Party WILL NOT TAKE PLACE in June.

The All Night Party Committee is looking to share information on how you can help the Class for 2022 party - Mar 31 - 7 PM

Dear Franklin Families,
The Franklin HS All Night Party is a tradition started in 1990 that has provided our graduated seniors a safe and fun event to celebrate their high school experience one last time as classmates. The graduates enjoy a fun-filled night that includes games, prizes, food, DJ, and a hypnotist show. Due to the pandemic, we unfortunately have not been able to hold this event for the past two years, but the All Night Party (ANP) Committee is ready to bring this incredible event back for our upcoming Class of 2022 graduates and future FHS graduating classes.
The All Night Party Committee would like to welcome families of new and returning students to join our team. Whether your son or daughter is an elementary or middle school student, Freshman, Sophomore or Junior the All Night Party committee needs you now. Your involvement contributes to the support of the present senior class and guarantees the continuation of this tradition for your future seniors.
Once again we will be transforming the Horace Mann Middle School into a magical experience. To do this it takes the hard work of numerous volunteers and the support of the school community and business partnerships to make this event a success. The party takes place after the seniors finish their graduation starting at 11pm on June 3rd.
We will be holding a VIRTUAL informational and initial planning meeting for all interested volunteers at 7 PM on MARCH 31, 2022 via Google Meet. Following this informational meeting there will be a volunteer and donation form shared with the community.
This event is one of the great traditions of the Franklin Community. We can’t hold this event without the support of all of our community partners and residents. We hope that you are able to join us at 7 PM, MARCH 31 to hear about how we can make this year special for the 2022 graduates and graduates to come.
Thank you,
Franklin All Night Party Committee

FHS - All Night Party - 2014

Photos from the preparation for the All Night Party for the graduates of 2014.The last party to be held in the 'old' FHS building. The party next year will be in the new school. (Actually, the All Night Party has been held at Horace Mann each year as the hallways in the new FHS are too narrow for the fire code to permit the kind of decorations set up).

What is the All Night Party?
"The All Night Party is given by Senior Parents and community volunteers to the graduating seniors of the current year to provide a safe, drug and alcohol-free environment for the senior class to get together one last time.
The party is filled with food, entertainment, games, prizes, and decorations. The theme is different each year and kept secret until the seniors arrive at the party at 11 pm. The party runs from 11 pm to 5 am on the night of graduation.
On the same day that the seniors graduate high school, our decorating crews descend on Horace Mann Middle School and begin the magical transformation. By the time the seniors arrive, the transformation is complete and the school has turned into a different world. As the seniors are leaving at 5 AM the clean-up crews begin arriving, and by 9 AM the school is once again back to normal. As you can imagine, in order to make the party a success we need many volunteers. There are many opportunities to help, depending on your interests or availability.
MISSION STATEMENT: The goal of the Franklin All Night Party is to let the graduating seniors know how important they are to the Franklin community. The Franklin High School parents and community volunteers demonstrate their commitment to the well being of the graduating seniors of the current year by providing an All Night Party in a drug and alcohol-free environment in which to celebrate."
