resources and schedule changes would both be required, both also require budget prioritization; had requested a PE/Health teacher last budget and didn't get it
5.2 FTE to cover 9/10; would need to add those numbers also to cover the 11/12 classes as well
there are some mitigations available via the advisory opportunities that are not direct instruction but can offer an alternative for those in need
