Please report any power outages directly to National Grid at 1-800-322-3223 or 1-800-465-1212. If you encounter a downed wire outside, assume it is LIVE and STAY AWAY. National Grid is reporting approximately 800 customers without power in Franklin, and are actively working to restore power.
