What is the Franklin Police Reverse 911 System? I don't do Twitter, so I can't ask that way...
ReplyDeleteIt is a subscription service for specific Police or emergency related alerts. Easy to do, set up a phone number or more than one. An email, or more than one. The notification of the Spruce Pond incident on Sunday came to me via the alert as I am in the neighborhood of Spruce Pond. Folks on the other side of Franklin didn't get it because it was targeted for the neighborhood.
