I recommend acceptance of a check for $2988.25 from Cadence Education for

districtwide supplemental supplies as detailed.

D. FHS Gifts

I recommend acceptance of two check totaling $3,600.00 as follows:

$3,000.00 Logic Tree - Field Trip (DECA) Student Activity Account

$ 600.00 Franklin Cultural Council - Supplemental Supplies FHS Gift Acct.

E. Keller Gift

I recommend acceptance of a check for $5,428.00 from the Keller PCC for field trips as

detailed.

IX. Executive Session

a. Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the FEA/RN unit as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the School Committee and the chair so declares.
b. Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(2) to discuss strategy in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel.
