SEAN O’LEARY, SENIOR – FRANKLIN
Franklin had a lot of new faces in their lineup and despite being a young team, had a lot of success. One of the big reasons for all of that success was the emergence of forward Sean O’Leary. A 6-foot-4 forward, O’Leary can do it all on the offensive end of the floor and enters the year as one of our preseason picks for Player of the Year.
O’Leary kept improving each and every game last year, finishing with 11.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game, and earned HockomockSports All-Underclassmen Team honors. At his size, he’s a matchup problem in the post and is really crafty finishing around the rim, but he really separates himself with his ability to score from just about anywhere on the offensive end. Defensively, he’s very sound and his length makes it very difficult for opponents.
