Town of Franklin: Government 101 - budget cycle (audio)

Continuing to bring forward items from the archives, we share this podcast episode on the financial budget cycle. About the only thing that has changed since the recording in April 2022, is that at the time, the Town was still working towards the AAA rating. The Town of Franklin received that accolade (May 2022) the month after this recording.
