In 1932, Herbert Taylor, from the Rotary Club of Chicago (and Past President of Rotary International, 1954-55), saved a failing aluminum company from the brink of bankruptcy by distinguishing itself from its competition by developing his Four-Way Test.

It is a test of fairness, honesty, and integrity in the industry.

Since then, his Four-Way Test has been adopted by Rotary in 1943 to underscore the value of business ethics. The Four-Way Test has served as a moral compass for members and their friends to live by their professional and personal relationships."

"Happy 92nd Birthday to the fabulous Joan! 🎂🎉 This week, Officer Andressa Rosa and Clinician Kallie Montagano stopped by with a card and flowers to help celebrate. It’s become a birthday tradition, and honestly, we’re starting to think Joan is aging backwards! I mean, she’s practically glowing! Meanwhile, Officer Rosa and Clinician Kallie are still trying to figure out how to keep up with her youthful energy. 😄

Building strong community relationships is our favorite part of the job, and it’s moments like these that remind us how important they are. Our officers and clinicians strive to create these special connections, and we couldn’t be happier to celebrate Joan’s milestone together! Here’s to many more years of defying age, Joan! Happy Birthday!"
