Great Community Story

A great community story.
If you were at the Franklin Downtown Partnership ’s strawberry stroll yesterday (Friday), You may have seen this game board at the booth for the Franklin Public School’s Mental Health and Well Being Task Force.
It was made possible by the combined efforts of the American Legion (built), PG Custom Crafts (prepped and finished) and June Mint Designs (Art). A true coming together of a kindness in Franklin.
You will see it again at the harvest festival this fall, Please stop by.

Fallen Hero Recognition: Elijah H. Coldwell - June 15, 2025 - 9 AM

There is a Fallen Hero Recognition event today (6/15/25) at 9 AM on the Town Common Veterans Walkway to honor Cpl Elijah H. Coldwell, U.S. Marine Corps.

This program will include the placing of a Memorial Wreath for the day, the playing of Taps, a salute from those present, and a reading of whatever history  may be available for that veteran.  This is a way of keeping the memory of that veteran alive.
