TAI CHI
Tai Chi is an ancient martial arts practice that has its roots in health, well-being, and spirituality. The benefits of tai chi practice are numerous and life-changing.
- Winter 7 weeks - $65/person
- Spring 10 weeks - $90/person
ZUMBA MONDAY or WEDNESDAY
You don't have to know how to dance to Zumba! Zumba uses the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. Join the party-like atmosphere that is less intimidating and fun!
